I understand that this form is a request for inforamtion only, and does not guarantee availability of the time, date, and space requested. I also understand that I must read, understand, and sign a contract defining the terms of the rental agreement. These terms include, but are not limited to, prohibilitions on outside alcohol and modifications to the rental space. All terms will be explained during the facility walk-through.
